

Joy Boroffice is a lawyer and mental health coach, she is a passionate advocate for justice, poverty alleviation, and the protection of women's and children's rights, with a special commitment to supporting widows.
As the Executive Director of the Brook of Olives for Women's Initiative (B.O.W.I.), she leads the organization’s daily operations, ensuring its mission is effectively carried out to empower and uplift vulnerable communities. With a vision for sustainable impact, Joy spearheads strategic initiatives aimed at advancing B.O.W.I.'s work. Under her leadership, the organization continues to develop innovative programs that provide support, advocacy, and opportunities for women and children in need.


She is a graduate of English language from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello university, holds a masters degree in Peace Studies and conflict resolution and a chartered Mediator.
She has vast experience working as a Mediator and also as a civil servant.

Violet Ohigbu Ocheikwu holds a B.Sc. in Sociology and a dual Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Pastoral Counseling. She has extensive experience working with non-profit organizations, where she has been actively involved in promoting the rights of women and children.
Her work focuses on advocating for education, gender equality, and equal opportunities, combining her academic training with a deep commitment to social justice and community empowerment. With a passion for holistic well-being, she integrates psychological and spiritual approaches to support individuals on their path to healing and personal growth.

Nsini Onwuzolum is skilled in administration and secretarial functions that supports record management, financial administration, human resource support and organization.
As an advocate for widows and children's right, she has brought in her administrative skills and also to be actively involved in team brainstorming and to initiate collaborations to develop and implement system improvement for widows and the child's right..
